Low energy consumption housings

Passive housing is a housing building whose energy consumption is very low, partly or entirely compensated by internal contributions. This concept promotes efficient thermal insulation, the absence of thermal bridges, energy recovery from the extracted air and ventilation of the dwelling in all seasons. Operating costs (energy and subscriptions) are thus very low.

Spirec is part of this approach by offering heating coils capable of using water heated by energy recovery.
