Spirec has grouped, in a single steam substation, solutions using steam as an energy source. These integrations allow to ensure a greater safety, to have a centralized piloting by a single automaton and to optimize the energy recovery.

The solutions that make up the Spirec steam substation:
• SPIVAP : transforms the steam into hot water for heating.
• DYNAVAP : receives the condensate from the SPIVAP and controls the level and temperature to exploit the available energy.
• ECOVAP : preheats the domestic cold water and the loop with the condensate contained in the tank.
• SPI MAXI : DHW preparation unit supplied on the one hand by the SPIVAP and a primary storage tank and on the other hand by the EFS preheated in the ECOVAP..

Spirec has designed the first domestic hot water tanks through the digital solution CONNECS.
Developed in partnership with Advizeo by Setec, this connected solution brings domestic hot water into the digital age! Thanks to sensors placed on the DHW networks, information is collected and transmitted to the maintainer in real time. Temperatures, pump operation, possible faults, preventive maintenance instructions if necessary… all information about the network can be consulted on smartphones, tablets, desktops.
Operating as a subscription, the CONNECS solution strengthens the security of your equipment through increased monitoring. In case of exceeding the thresholds or of incident, a notification is immediately sent to the maintainer and a call from Spirec’s after-sales service is carried out within the day.
CONNECS acts as a logbook to facilitate the collection and monitoring of data from your DHW networks. Selection of relevant data to be recorded, extraction for the sanitary logbook, transmission of a monthly report.
At a time when the effects of air conditioning on the propagation of microbes are being questioned, SPIREC has developed integrated air conditioning devices, particularly in the rooms of care institutions.
How does it work? In order to reinforce the sanitary safety of the ventilation systems, the air in the rooms is renewed by an induction effect specific to the SPILOTAIR model, which never comes into contact with a humid surface or condensates.
